Off course, I’m willing to trade banners and links. But trading is trading! As you see all links and banner are on a good visible spot on my site, they are not hidden on a page which nobody visits.

I expect the same for my link. 

Any request will be handled within 24 hours, if I don’t find a return link after 24 hours I will remove your link from my site.
